Pay For Taste

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pay For Taste (“the Platform”), a marketplace where people post questions and receive honest opinions from real humans. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. What we are

Pay For Taste is a platform that connects people who want feedback (“Askers”) with people who provide it (“Reviewers”). Opinions shared on the Platform are personal views of individual users. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. Responses are human opinions, not expert assessments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.

3. Accounts

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and payouts

Askers pay a set price to receive opinions. A platform fee is deducted; the remaining amount is distributed equally among Reviewers who respond. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Payouts are subject to applicable taxes, including TDS under Section 194-O of the Indian Income Tax Act where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment processor issues.

5. Content rules

You agree not to post:

Content involving minors
Content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing
Spam, automated or AI-generated responses
Requests that impersonate others or solicit fraud

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts without notice for violations.

6. No warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any opinion submitted on the Platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Pay For Taste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
